What led me to real estate
1996
Brittany
Between Rennes and the Emerald Coast, I grew up in a family of surveyors (Prigent & Associés) and alongside a father who was a real estate agent. The world of property naturally became part of my life.
2013
USA
A year in Colorado Springs: an experience that fostered independence and broadened my perspective on places and territories, while developing my ability to adapt and take initiative.
2015
London
Economics degree from Dauphine London: rigor, analytical skills, and international exposure. Solid foundations for understanding market dynamics.
2020
Brittany
Master’s in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine. My early career at Société Générale honed my skills in negotiation, economic analysis, and deal-making.
2022
The return
In love with Brittany… and with a Breton, I returned to Lancieux to follow my first passions: real estate, land, and guiding people. IPGS Immobilier was born from this belief: helping everyone find the place that truly feels like home.
