Our fees are based on a progressive, cumulative scale. This ensures a fair and transparent calculation.

Please note that the above fee schedule reflects the maximum rates applied by IPGS Immobilier, in accordance with the decree of 26 January 2022 amending the decree of 10 January 2017 on consumer information by professionals involved in real estate transactions.
In the case of a mandate delegated by another real estate professional (real estate agency, property developer for new properties under a VEFA agreement, etc.), the applicable fees remain those of the professional holding the original mandate.
Fees are calculated on the net sale price and are the responsibility of the buyer and/or seller, according to the mandate.

This mission is aimed at projects with transformation or development potential (division, construction, real estate development), requiring in-depth technical, regulatory and economic analysis.

Tailor-made services

Some transactions are complex and require appropriate support (specific arrangements, occupied assets, transfers of shares, restructuring or projects with technical, urban or regulatory challenges). In these cases, the fees may be subject to a specific evaluation on quotation, defined after analysis of the project and formalized contractually before the start of the mission.
